    About four in 10 Americans say Trump has been a “terrible” president in his second term, and about one in 10 say he has been “poor,” giving a total of 52 percent. In contrast, about three in 10 say he has been “great” or “good,” while just under two in 10 say he has been “average.”

    Barely. Those are rookie numbers.
