Tatsächlich sind das jetzt nicht so wahnsinnig viele Kritikpunkte und man könnte über Mozilla vermutlich mehr negative Dinge berichten, wenn man das denn wollte. Ich bleibe trotzdem Firefox treu, da wir wirklich nicht noch mehr Chome-Rebrands brauchen.

Was soll ich sagen: Nicht viel Neues gelernt, Brave bleibt trotzdem vorerst mein Zweitbrowser. Eich ist unappetitlich (auch wenn er sich durchaus bemüht, das im Berufsalltag nicht zu zeigen), BAT ist Quatsch (ohne Krypto wäre es eine gute Idee, aber Flattr ist ja an einem ähnlichen Konzept auch gescheitert), Brave News hat merkwürdige politische Einschläge. Die Crypto-, KI- und News-Funktionen bleiben aus, der Werbeblocker bleibt an.
Schlimmer als Edge oder Chrome ist er definitiv nicht. Und im Gegensatz zu Nischenprojekten wie ungoogled-chromium gibt es regelmäßige, zuverlässige Updates.

Das ist fast das Gleiche wie Chrome, mit ein paar weniger Features. Aber das Google-Zeug ist da weitgehend ungefiltert. Abgesehen davon hat der mobil auch keinen Werbeblocker.

Yeah totally ignore the underlying point. Been using Brave for 10 years on multiple platforms, your tandrum aint gonna change anything about it. Recently downloaded it on my partners tablet as well. She was very satisfied having no adds while streaming.

Marriage is more than a religious arrangement, it’s also a financial one. As long as married people are taxed at a different rate from single people it’s important what the government considers a marriage. That’s not even getting into things like insurance coverage or healthcare decision-making rights or even hospital visitation.
