I mean “near Russia” could be anywhere in the northern hemisphere with water. So there is still a lot of guess work needed to find them.
You’re supposed to tell them if you have a doomsday weapon though, otherwise having it defeats the purpose. Curiously, Russia has never officially recognized the existence of perimetr, or the “dead hand” system, which would qualify as a doomsday weapon.
