Oh, must mean the cis white real soldiers.
How about a gallows or a guillotine?
Morale for the worst of the worst personalities, probably the ones who shouldn’t even be allowed in the military, if their beliefs are pro-confederacy.
Maybe naming US bases after traitors is meant to be ironic. Americans could branch out:
The Benedict Arnold foundation for Loyalty.
or how about:
The Donald Trump Center for Honesty, Decency, and Humanity.
The US tends to lose in modern conflicts, so maybe it’s appropriate on some level.
