    They are referring to first generation antihistamines, possibly:

    1. Diphenhydramine (Benadryl)
    2. Chlorpheniramine (Chlor-Trimeton)
    3. Brompheniramine (Dimetapp)
    4. Doxylamine (Unisom)
    5. Promethazine (Phenergan)
    6. Hydroxyzine (Atarax, Vistaril)
    7. Meclizine (Antivert)

    I’m not an expert, but that is what I found.
