The whole thing of even taking executive orders seriously enough to find them “unconstitutional” needs to stop.

The problem (or one among many of them) is that it’s not a crime to violate the constitutional system. What there needs to be is some way to send Trump to prison for a few days every time he signs an executive order and then tries to enforce it, because for the most part, the whole concept is illegal. Like contempt of court.

I know. It won’t happen. Would be nice though.
