    That’s the way to handle a desperately insecure little man like Trump - don’t rise to his bait - just calmly hold your ground, and preferably with a quietly condescending smile on your face.

    There’s nothing that maddens a cowardly petty tyrant like the realization that you’re not only not intimidated by their posturing, but that you find it to be sort of laughable and pathetic. Because that’s what they’re afraid it is too.
